48 hours notice is required if you chose to reschedule your appointment

Failure to reschedule your appointment during the given time will result in loss of deposit. An additional deposit will be required to re-book in future should this happen

Should you be 15 min late for your appointment, a potential loss of deposit may be applicable

Should you be 30 min late, a loss of deposit will be applicable, your appointment will be cancelled and a new deposit will be required in order to rebook
